Plans Built for Your Unique Situation

Some people need more than a standard Medicare plan. Special Needs Plans and indemnity plans are designed for specific health situations — and I can help you determine if you qualify or would benefit.

Special Needs Plans (SNPs)

SNPs are a type of Medicare Advantage plan with benefits, provider networks, and drug formularies tailored to specific groups. If you qualify, they can offer significantly better coverage and lower costs than standard plans.

Chronic Condition SNP (C-SNP)

For people with specific chronic conditions like diabetes, heart failure, COPD, or end-stage renal disease. Plans are tailored to manage those conditions.

Dual Eligible SNP (D-SNP)

For people who qualify for both Medicare and Medicaid. These plans coordinate benefits between both programs, often with very low or $0 out-of-pocket costs.

Institutional SNP (I-SNP)

For people who live in or need the level of care provided in a nursing home or other long-term care facility.

Who Might Qualify for an SNP?

  • People with diabetes, heart disease, COPD, or other chronic conditions
  • People who qualify for both Medicare and Medicaid (dual eligible)
  • People living in a nursing home or requiring nursing-home-level care
  • People with end-stage renal disease (ESRD)

Indemnity Plans

Indemnity plans pay you cash benefits when specific health events occur — like a hospitalization or cancer diagnosis. They work alongside your existing Medicare coverage and give you financial flexibility when you need it most.

Hospital Indemnity

Pays a fixed daily or per-admission cash benefit when you are hospitalized. Use it for anything — copays, transportation, groceries, or lost income.

Cancer Indemnity

Pays a lump sum or ongoing benefit upon a cancer diagnosis. Helps cover treatment costs, travel to specialists, and everyday expenses during recovery.

Heart Attack & Stroke

Pays a benefit if you suffer a heart attack or stroke. Provides financial support during a critical recovery period.

How Indemnity Plans Work

Unlike traditional insurance that pays your providers directly, indemnity plans pay you directly. You decide how to use the money — whether that's covering your Medicare copays, paying for transportation, or handling everyday expenses while you recover.

These plans are typically affordable and can be added on top of any Medicare plan you already have.

Not Sure Which Plan Fits Your Situation?

I'll review your health history, current coverage, and budget to see if a Special Needs Plan or indemnity plan makes sense for you.
